It was very clean, the staff was so friendly and professional, the room was nice, it was right by the beach
The motel was in a lovely location right on the beach. We opted not to pay considerable more to have a sea view which I'm now very pleased about as I took violently ill the afternoon we arrived (nothing to do with the motel) and we had to leave a day early because of it. The manager was helpful with everything but was unable to offer any refunds due to it being booked vial booking.com. I would like to go back sometime when I'm in good health to enjoy the area.
The location is awesome right off the beach, just open the backdoor and you are there. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location was great and Neil made our stay special with his thoughtful remembrance of our wedding anniversary ❤️. The private picnic benches and Barbecue grills overlooking the beach were an added bonus.
I asked for just an inexpensive room because friends from Oklahoma were in the RBR & at capacity. I used room only for sleeping. I had asked for a tub so if it rained I could have a hot bath, but not time to use it. Only comment is the first night I practically froze. I know rooms can get a little damp but there was no heat source except leaving the heat lamp in bathroom on, thank goodness you had an extra blanket, I put on my sweats to get warm @ 3 am, even drank my only 1 pack of coffee at 3 am to get warm.I told the lady in office (Colleen?) & somehow night 2 was warmer & extra coffee for hot drink.I was facing NeaKaunie not oceanfront because as I said I spent time with friends at RBR the room was very sufficient for my needs thank you
We were very Happy with our stay, if we weren’t moving we would make thupis a regular outing!!
